It’s a time to focus on the health needs of women and girls at every stage of life. This year’s theme is, “Prevention, Innovation, and Impact: A New Era in Women’s Health.” As science continues to transform women’s health and care, it will hopefully show the commitment to proactive, science-based and coordinated care for better health outcomes.
Steady Hope offers holistic health options with counseling and we wish to be a part of the coordinated care in your overall health journey!

It’s 🪺
Motherhood can feel like a looong hike. The views along the way, the sunsets, the amazing surprises — the pictures! — but it can unpredictable and outright exhausting. What if you get lost? What if those who depend on you get injured? What if the rain ruins EVERYTHING? What if now is the time someone has a surprise allergy? 🐝
Please know the exertion is worth it. Maternal mental health is REAL. The path can be dusty, filled with roots and rocks and all uphill — but as we all know hiking together is better than hiking alone. 🥾 We see you, we’re here for you, and we’ll hike with you!
It’s 💚
Nearly one in five adults in the US has a mental health condition. But that one person has family, friends, and others whose lives are touched by their condition, even if they don’t themselves suffer from one. Mental Health Awareness Month helps those with a condition overcome the stigma and get access to treatment. It helps their friends, family, and loved ones better understand their condition and connect with support networks [statement from Brown University Health]
