Each person is a unique individual, whose life has brought him/her on a distinct journey. I don't believe in one-size fits all treatment. My focus is to work collaboratively with you, helping you to both change and accept different aspects of yourself. My therapeutic technique encompasses empathy, insight, and non-judgment coupled with a focus on progressive change. Together, we can discover a path to the best version of yourself. I specialize in working with children, adolescents, and young adults struggling with anxiety, depression, self-esteem, coping skills, and trauma. Supporting parents through the many developmental transitions of their children is a special interest of mine. I utilize evidence-based treatments, such as cognitive behavioral, dialectical behavioral, and mindfulness therapies. Having lived in various regions of the country and abroad, I bring cultural, religious, and sexuality awareness to the table. I approach therapy with openness and sensitivity to the diverse individuals who walk through my door. I feel privileged to be brought into your journey.
