To our community here at Roots Seeds and Branches: It has been a quiet year.

Often, in the work of integrative therapy and emotional healing, we talk about the necessity of fallow seasons—times when the soil must rest so that the next harvest can be even more resilient. I have spent this past year in my own fallow season, grounding the vision and tending to the roots of this practice.

The result is a "Fresh Vision" for 2026.

While my work continues to be centered in Somatic Experiencing (SEP) and Internal Family Systems (IFS), the stillness of this past year revealed that our internal "Roots" need a supportive "Space" in order to truly thrive.

The New Branch: Unseen Spaces Mediation
Because individual healing is incomplete without a just environment, I am also introducing a sister practice: Unseen Spaces Mediation. While RSB focuses on your internal foundation, Unseen Spaces focuses on the external environments and communal justice required for a "just peace."

One provides the Roots; the other provides the Branches. Together, they form a complete ecosystem for your flourishing.
