Thank you to everyone who came out to the Women in Business Maple Ridge event! We had such a great time connecting with so many amazing women and having important conversations around women’s health — from pre and post menopause, to pelvic floor health, assisted stretching demonstrations, and myofascial release.
As women, we wear many hats, and it was so meaningful to share a space focused on supporting our health through every stage of life. A special thank you to our guest speaker Maddie Skidmore from Mood Therapy Mental Health for such a powerful discussion on the many hats women carry every day. 🤍
