There’s a common myth that martial arts make children aggressive, but the reality is quite the opposite. When a child learns to defend themselves, they develop a self-confidence so solid they no longer feel the need to prove their worth through force. Jiu-Jitsu teaches that true power lies in self-control, not in the attack.
