✨️👋 I wanted to share the little self love potion workshops I'm facilitating in Pitt Meadows over the next few weeks. 💕

Step into a space of magic, intention and deep self care with this workshop—creating beautiful jars filled with affirmations, botanicals and energy to nurture your heart.

The session begins with a short guided meditation to invite love and kindness within. Participants set powerful intentions for self-acceptance, confidence and inner radiance. Using a blend of herbs, crystals and symbolic elements, participants craft a personalized self-love jar —a vessel to remind them of their worth and beauty. Leave feeling empowered, connected, and overflowing with self-love.
