Help Give Hope is a not-for-profit, 501 (c) (3) charitable organization. Our mission is to assist needy families, in particular children, in southwest Missouri. Designed initially to provide help during the holiday season, Help Give Hope now offers year-round assistance to children in need.

Christmas should feel magical for children, not like another financial burden for parents.
For working families facing a temporary financial hardship, keeping up with rent, utilities, groceries, and everyday expenses can leave very little room for Christmas gifts.
That's where Help Give Hope comes in. Our Christmas Program is here to help local families through a difficult season and make sure children still have something special to look forward to on Christmas morning. 🎁

Christmas at Help Give Hope is a little different, and that is by design.
When local families apply for our Christmas program, we look at the whole picture. We conduct in-home visits to assess essential needs first, ensuring kids and parents have basic necessities like beds and furniture.
From there, each child gets to fill out their own wish list and receive $100 worth of gifts they picked out themselves. Whether it is educational items or toys they have been dreaming about, every child deserves the joy of unwrapping something chosen specifically for them.
