Sarah has been a dedicated Chamber Ambassador for the past year, helping strengthen connections and support our business community through her enthusiasm and commitment to service.

When asked what she enjoys most about being an Ambassador, Sarah shared:
"My favorite part of being an ambassador is learning about different businesses and exciting things happening in the community."

Thanks to all the ladies in 417 Land who came to our last lunch for the 25-26 season. We opened registration for this year’s workshop and recognized the 25-26 board members. We also thanked June, our banquet contact for taking amazing care of us this year. (Thanks, Regina Waters, for the beautiful bouquets!) We approved the 26-27 board, and named this year’s STAR award recipient, Sharla Moody.

We closed this year’s programs with a great panel of entrepreneurs: Rachel Fortenberry (Fortified Elder Law), Cheryl Briggs (DermaHealth Laser & Skin Care Clinic), and Susie Kawamoto & Diana Hicks (MaMa Jean's Natural Market). They shared their highs, lows, and lessons learned of starting and owning a business.

Regina, thank you so much for leading us this year as president. You’ve been a great leader, cheerleader, and moved us to the next level of our organization. You’re part of what makes AWC great!
