Wow, what a story to pass on! This pup was lost a YEAR ago. On Wednesday, Teresa Miller submitted a found shih tzu by Halltown, all dirty and matted and covered in burrs. Turns out, it was this pup and they've been reunited after all this time. If only he could talk and tell his story.
