🔥 Hot Power Yoga Studio in Baton Rouge! 🔥 Hot classes are 90-95 degrees, ALL levels are welcome. We were all beginners at some point.
Yoga Rouge features radiant heat panels, special padded bamboo flooring, and a steam humidifying system for optimal conditions. We highly recommend the Basics/Beginner's workshop for those new to yoga, but it is not required. We teach mindfulness, breath, moving with breath... synchronized Vinyasa or Flow, a moving meditation.

Pop Up Yoga Nidra happening Friday, March 27 at 5:00pm!
Yoga Nidra is a form of guided meditation also known as “yogic sleep” or “effortless relaxation.” This yoga practice can restore your body, mind, and spirit and can be tremendously healing. This class will consist of gentle yoga poses and breathing exercises followed by guided meditation and imagery. As you rest, you can turn your attention easily and effortlessly to the very nature of awareness and consciousness. 🧘🧘♂️🧘🏽♀️🧘♂️

Come join us for our newest class Tai Ji Qi Gong: Meditative Mind-Body Exercise
Tai Ji Qi Gong is based on Tai Ji Quan (usually called Tai Chi) and Qi Gong. It is a Mind-body practice that is particularly helpful in our stressful lives as the slow body movements synchronized with slow breathing and mental focus, improve stamina and promote relaxation at the same time. These exercises can also help with stress management, anxiety and depression.
The goal for this class is to practice fluent movements while gently concentrating and training awareness – mindful moving meditation – including stretching, learning about your inner energy, and reaching a state of calmness.
This class with Dr. Lisa is an experiential class where the foundational principles of Tai Ji Qi Gong, such as Tai Ji walking, are practiced in a repetitive, accessible manner, without being limited by any single form or style. We meet you where you are and encourage you to grow at your own pace—whether you're new to these practices or looking to deepen your skills. All experience levels are welcome.

Join us Saturday • January 17 • 12:00 PM • for the Anything Goes Workshop!
ALL are welcome! Brand New, Beginners, Intermediate, Advanced. Dana and Heather will go over basic poses, breath, chaturanga (high to half), and any poses YOU would like. Advanced arm balances, backbends, crows, etc, whatever you bring. Bring a list of any questions and poses you are curious about and we will have fun dissecting them!

Pop Up Candlelight Restorative/Relaxation Sound Healing happening on Sunday, January 18 at 6:30pm!
All levels welcome! Yogis choice, you make it either a Restorative or Relaxation practice while receiving soothing, healing vibrations of a variety of singing bowls, chimes, gongs and drums. Restorative yoga is about 5 supported poses with props that the instructor will guide you through or choose Relaxation Yoga which is finding a comfortable, supported pose for the entire practice. Breath work and meditation are encouraged, but not required 🧘🧘♂️🧘🏽♀️🧘♂️
