Join us for a gentle yoga practice to awaken your intuition followed by a beautiful process of collecting parts of ourselves in images and putting them together to tell the story of our lives. NO YOGA OR ART EXPERIENCE REQUIRED!!!

Inspired by the struggles of my two wonderful hair stylists, I wanted to create a practice that both brings relief to and prevents work-related injuries. This class is filled with pelvic floor and your "true core" cues, whole body stretching, and poses to prepare you for the a long day of standing with your arms above your waist.

This class is filled with tips for engaging your pelvic floor, bringing back alignment to the body, and prepares it for the long days of standing and holding your arms above your waist!
