purely e is a cozy boutique style studio that focuses on barre, pilates, cardio. Where you lengthening, lean and strengthening the entire body. WIth small focused classes with no more than 12 people in the class. it will feel as if you are have personal training session. Our instructors use tactical adjustments and will individually challenge each and ever student in the class. Burn, shake, transform with control and precision which will give you results like no other!

I am so lucky I get do what I love so I never dread Monday's or any day. But part o FCmy routine is getting up when my alarm goes off and I don't hit the snooze button! Try something new get up 30 min earlier meditate or take some extra time for you instead if hitting the snooze button several times. You will be more productive and science says you will be happier! Never give up on yourself...we never will! As we have learned over these past few days things can change in an instant. Our hearts remain heavy for the losses. Hoping you and all your loved ones are safe. When we are challenged somehow we get stronger....to see the wonderful acts of human kindness in this city. Everyday people risking their lives to save others. So proud how this city continues to come together. My heart is heavy for all those people have lost everything. If we can help at all please let us know. The studio is fine ...water is high and the stairs need to be fixed but we will be using the old Lululemon space once the water goes down...hoping for Tuesday.
Classes are on! We had the 4:00 class at my house yesterday and everyone left feeling revived! The 8:15 class is now scheduled for 9:30 at my home. The 5:15 and 6:00 class will also be at my home today...I will be sending additional messages directly to the clients signed up. Thanks so much and don't forget to breathe. xx pe
