Due to unforeseen circumstances I am no longer able to teach pilates for the foreseeable future so it is with gratitude and a heavy heart that I must announce the closure of simply pilates by Cecile. What a joy it was to teach my own niece at the studio yesterday! Claire does not live in Baton Rouge so this was a wonderful day, passing on knowledge from one generation to the next!!

What a weekend! Brought my colleagues Michael King and Malcolm Muirhead of MKPILATES in to Baton Rouge and New Orleans for some Pilates workshops, starting at Yoglates on Perkins mat class, continuing on to my studio for private sessions and then the three of us taught a weekend at Oschner Fitness center for a teacher training course! Wonderful students and a great turnout!!

So very excited to bring my friend and internationally famous Pilates teacher here!! Come join us for an incredible class!!

Always fun to get a visit from one of my loyal Pilates Anytime fans! Elena was such a joy to teach! She stopped in on her way to Florida to take a session, and I love actually getting to teach one of our members in person!
