Job Alert: OAS FCU is hiring for a Compliance Manager-BSA/OFAC Officer.

This Compliance Manager role is primarily responsible for the Credit Union’s BSA/AML/CFT/OFAC Compliance Program, including transaction monitoring, suspicious activity investigations, CTR and SAR compliance, OFAC and watchlist reviews, high-risk member monitoring, FinCEN information sharing, training, reporting, risk assessments, audits and examinations support, and related policies and procedures. This is a full-time, hybrid position. The role requires onsite work at the Credit Union’s offices, with remote work permitted in accordance with Credit Union policy and business needs.
