Springtown HS Rodeo

Location change this weekend!!
Rodeo is at Saginaw- late entries through Wednesday!

Springtown Rodeo team members represented at the Wild West Fest Saturday. Thank you Ted Lyon for coordinating. Great looking group!

‼️ Stop by for headshots either this weekend or next.

Since it's a new season I thought I'd post this reminder of the NTHSRA rule regarding copyright materials. That includes taking screen shots and posting rodeo photos. Both Chad Hunt and I have kept the picture prices very reasonable over the years and we provide free candid shots from the warmup pen and grand entry every week.

I know I made my watermark smaller and more transparent so you can see the pictures better but that doesn't mean they're free to screenshot because it's less noticeable. Don't make me change it to "I stole this $10 picture".

This rule usually doesn't need to be enforced once someone is asked to remove screen shots from social media. Personally, I keep a receipts folder of your screenshots (a few of you have seen it and can confirm 😂) and if I see it more than once I just won't take pictures of your runs (I like to avoid unnecessary confrontations like that).

When you purchase the pictures you get a personal use license so you can print, share, whatever. If your local paper wants to include pictures in an article, have them reach out to me. I've seen articles in the Hood County News use my photos and they didn't give me photo credit and they won't respond to my inquiries about the unauthorized use of my photos. Very unprofessional of them.

With that said, thank you to every that supports all the photographers at the different events you attend. Years from now you'll cherish those memories, trust me.
