Springtown Chamber of Commerce is organized for the purpose of advancing the commercial, industrial, civic and general interests of the City of Springtown and its trade area.
🤠We’re still smiling over all the memories made at this year’s Wild West Festival, and we hope you are too!
There is just something special about seeing Main Street filled with floats, horses, smiling faces and so many familiar faces lining the streets for the Wild West Festival Parade.
Thank you to every business, organization, group and individual who participated in this year’s parade—and to everyone who came out to cheer them on! Seeing our community come together is one of our favorite parts of this longtime Springtown tradition.
As we continue looking back at all the great moments from the 42nd Annual Wild West Festival, we hope you’ll enjoy a few of our favorite memories from the parade. ❤️

Someone who freely gives their time, energy, and talents to help others and make a difference.
And that describes so many of the people you’ll see in this video. ❤️
Long before the first vendor opened their booth and the first parade entry made its way down Main Street, there were people behind the scenes working to make the Wild West Festival happen.
They showed up to move tables, haul barricades, hang banners, set up signs, mark spaces, carry the heavy stuff, answer questions, direct traffic, help vendors, solve last-minute problems…and then stayed to help us put it all back when the day was over.
Some were Board Members. Some were Ambassadors. Some were Chamber Members. Some were community members who simply asked, “What can I do to help?”
And help they did.
The Wild West Festival may only last a few hours, but putting it together takes many hands, many hours and a whole lot of people willing to give their time.
To every person who helped us with setup, worked alongside us throughout festival day, and came back to help with cleanup and breakdown — THANK YOU.
You may not always be the part of the festival everyone sees, but you are absolutely part of the reason they get to enjoy it.
We are incredibly grateful for each and every one of you. ❤️

Another Wild West Festival is in the books, and we are incredibly grateful to everyone who helped make this year’s event possible!
To the City of Springtown -- A very special thank you for the community partnership! From the planning and preparation leading up to the festival to the many details that have to come together on festival day, we are so thankful for your continued support. An event of this size truly takes teamwork, and we appreciate all you do to help make the Wild West Festival possible.
To the Chamber Board of Directors — thank you for your time, support, encouragement, and willingness to jump in wherever needed. From the months of preparation to festival day itself, we, as Chamber staff are incredibly thankful to have a Board that supports not only our Chamber, but this community and the traditions that make Springtown special.
To our volunteers — thank you for giving your time, energy, muscle, and helping hands before, during, and after the festival. There is so much work that happens behind the scenes, and we simply could not do it without you.

You each helped create the atmosphere that makes the Wild West Festival such a fun day for our community and visitors!
To all of our vendors — Booth vendors, Concession vendors, and Kids Area vendors — thank you for choosing to spend your day with us and for being such a big part of the Wild West Festival! From the shopping and unique finds, to the wonderful food and treats, to the activities and fun for our youngest festival-goers, each of you helps make the day special.
And to the thousands of visitors who came out to enjoy the day — THANK YOU! Whether you have been coming for years or this was your first Wild West Festival, we are so glad you joined us.

Headed to the Wild West Festival? We’ve got your parking covered!
FREE festival parking and shuttle pick-up will be available at:
- Springtown High School – Hwy. 199 W
- First Baptist Church – Hwy. 51 N
FREE shuttles will run from 9:00 AM–3:30 PM, making it easy to park, ride, and enjoy the day!
We can’t wait to welcome everyone to the 42nd Annual Wild West Festival on Saturday, September 19th!

It Takes a Community to Make Our Wild West Festival Come Alive! 🤎
The 42nd Annual Wild West Festival is almost here, and we could not make an event of this size happen without the businesses and organizations that step up to support it.

We could use a few extra hands...
Wild West Festival setup begins Friday, September 18 at 10:00 AM, and we are looking for some volunteers to help us get everything ready for the big day!
We’ll need help gathering and placing festival items, general setup, and hanging our day-of banners. We really could use a few strong guys to help with some of the heavier lifting!!
Even if you can only give us an hour or two, we would truly appreciate the help. It takes a lot of hands—and a wonderful community—to bring The Wild West Festival together!

Happy Labor Day from the Springtown Area Chamber of Commerce!
The Chamber office will be closed Monday, September 7 in observance of Labor Day.
We hope everyone has an opportunity to slow down, enjoy the day, and spend some time with family and friends.
We are especially grateful for the hardworking businesses, employees, first responders, educators, community leaders, and so many others who work each day to make our Springtown Area community such a wonderful place to call home.
