If you live in Springtown, or Texas for that matter, you've probably noticed we have a huge problem with strays and neglect/cruelty cases. Most of the time animals get in these situations through no fault of their own. I have been rescuing animals for years. I have rescued dogs and cats all the way to cottontail bunnies, possums, and geckos with neurological disorders. I had to place them because
I could physically not keep every animal that I came across. It is never ending! Word spread and people quickly started contacting me to help with their animal situations. I then started rescuing and placing more and more. That's why this group was started. We want to be able to help as many animals as possible. Animals are one of my biggest passions and joys. People often tell me I can't save them all and I know that. However, I can do everything in my power to try. Complacent people are what got these animals in these situations in the first place. Animals can't help themselves so we need more people to be there for them. That's where the volunteers come in. Volunteers will be the heart of this organization. Without you, we can't do this. We need lots of volunteers, transporters, fosters, donors and adopters, nationwide. Soon we will have applications posted for all of these positions. If you can help in any way please apply. When fostering, the only thing that foster parent needs to provide is food, water, love and care. All medical expenses are paid for by Rescued Souls. If you are a potential adopter but live out of state, please don't let that be a deterrent. If you're interested in adopting and are a match for one of our animals, we can usually get them transported anywhere in the states, with the help of our volunteers.
