Penny and Sparrow, the indie folk duo known for their intimate harmonies and emotionally rich songwriting, followed the self-discovery arc of Olly Olly with Lefty — a twenty-track album born in a stripped-down garden shed studio that embraces weirdness, imagination, and a free-flowing creative spirit.

Penny & Sparrow returns to Amplify Decatur Music Festival — after playing the main stage in 2017 — to kick off our four-day festival with a ticketed June 4 show at the Avon Theater, alongside special guest Eliot Bronson!

⚡ Get to Know Amplify Artist: The Sundogs ⚡

Formed by brothers Will and Lee Haraway, The Sundogs grew up on the music of Tom Petty – harmonizing to Full Moon Fever after lights out in Lee’s bedroom. It was only natural that they launched “The Sundogs Presents: The Tom Petty Show” in 2011, playing every song an audience could possibly want to hear — all the hits, a rotation of the b-sides, played and sung with reckless abandon, passion, and fire.

Longtime friends of Amplify, The Sundogs always bring an unforgettable, amazing show.

⚡ Get to Know Amplify Artist: Kyshona Music ⚡

Kyshona lends her voice and music to those who feel silenced, forgotten, or alone. She began her career as a music therapist, writing songs with students and inmates under her care before finding her own voice in Nashville’s songwriting community. Today, she balances her music career with a passion for healing through her organization, Your Song.

Her latest project, LEGACY, focuses on family – exploring self, healing, and growth. Since the album's release, Kyshona has toured while earning recognition from American Songwriter magazine, PBS, and other nationally recognized platforms!
