We are thrilled Parent to Parent of Georgia (P2PGA) is among six organizations recognized at U.S. Congressman Hank Johnson’s 4th Annual H.O.P.E. Awards (Helping Other People Elevate).
CEO Latoya Palmer-Addy accepted the award on behalf of P2PGA, reaffirming their mission that no parent should have to navigate the disability journey alone.
Congressman Johnson praised P2PGA for continuing to stand with Georgia families through uncertainty and change, calling it leadership.
This recognition celebrates the extraordinary work being done to support the well-being, stability, and connectedness of families across Georgia.

We are so proud of our DD Network partner, the Center for Leadership in Disability and COMPASS, their Gen-AI platform to support disability systems navigation for people with disabilities and their families, for being shortlisted by the Zero Project for 2027.

The shortlist is a result of review by peers who work at the intersection of disability and accessible technology.
Students, families, and individuals with disabilities have contributed to the development of this innovative solution to support navigating disability service systems. The project was funded by UCEDD and LEND grants.
