Last night, believers from churches across Morgan, Lawrence, and Cullman Counties gathered on school campuses to do what Scripture calls us to do: pray.

Every school. Every central office. Every community.

We prayed for students, teachers, administrators, support staff, bus drivers, cafeteria workers, custodians, coaches, and every person who will walk through those doors this school year. We prayed for protection, wisdom, unity, salvation, and that the name of Jesus would be lifted high on every campus.

To every person who took time out of your evening to stand in the gap for the next generation - thank you. Your prayers matter more than you know.

As this new school year begins, let’s continue to faithfully pray for our schools all year long. We can’t wait to see what God will do.

Join us this Sunday for volunteer training and learn everything you need to know about serving in a First Priority club during the 2026–2027 school year. Whether you're passionate about elementary, middle, or high school students, there's a place for you to make an eternal impact.

As a new school year begins, we're asking God to move in every hallway, every classroom, and every heart across Morgan, Cullman, and Lawrence Counties.

Join us for our First Priority Campus Prayer Walk as we cover our schools in prayer - students, teachers, administrators, support staff, bus drivers, coaches, counselors, and every person who will walk through those doors this year.

📍 WHEN: August 2nd at 6:00 PM
📍 WHERE: Meet at the school campus or central office of your choice.

Together, we'll pray:

For students to know Jesus and be bold in their faith.
For God to provide leaders and open doors for First Priority clubs this fall.
For First Priority to be a light on every campus this year.

We believe God is already at work in our schools. Let's be faithful to ask Him to do what only He can.

"Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything, by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God." Philippians 4:6

Will you pray with us?

LOCAL CHURCH, this one’s for 🫵🏼! If your students are looking for ways to reach their friends at their schools, but they don’t know how, they are fearful and intimidated, or they simply need some help, let’s get together and talk First Priority! Don’t worry, it’s not a replacement for your youth program, in fact, it’s designed to further equip and empower your students with a plan of action to help them have Gospel conversations with their peers, share their faith story, and ultimately help their friends get connected to a local church! Denomination concerns? If your church denomination is centered around Jesus as the only way to salvation (through the death, burial and resurrection) then your students and church will benefit and are a perfect fit with First Priority! Let’s talk!

We have TWO volunteer training sessions left for the 2026-2027 school year! If you are interested in serving in a First Priority club, you must attend a training session. Our last two sessions will be tomorrow morning at 10AM at the First Priority office and Thursday, July 30th at 10AM at the First Priority office.
