Our trip to Atlantis, Puerto Galera includes an excursion to Verde Island. The island was named after Captain Juan Verde, who discovered the island in 1570. There is a memorial to him on the island.

Verde Island is considered to be the Center of Marine Biodiversity of the WORLD! The trip to the island is an hour long, and Atlantis offers three dives around the island.

One of the dive sites at Puerto Galera is called Coral Garden, because it is very colorful, and because it is full of coral! Giant plate corals, staghorn corals and barrel sponges are the perfect setting for seeing anthias, butterfly fish, and parrotfish. The dive is at 49 feet and is great for photography!

We are now a Garmin dealer and are happy to announce we are selling the Garmin Dive computers as well as all other Garmin watches. The Garmin brand of Dive watches are fantastic Dive computers as well as daily wear watches. The Mk3 and Mk3i watches have up to 30 hours of battery life, multiple dive modes and the Mk3i and the Descent X50i have subwave sonar based diver messaging with the use of the Garmin T2 transmitter. The 51mm Garmin Mk3i and the X50i also have a built in back up flashlight!
