What do you do when it rains on girls weekend at the lake?
You go to a thrift store and let your friends pick your outfit…
Questionable outfits or questionable friendships?!? 😂😏🤔

I didn’t realize how tired my face looked… until I saw it from this angle 😅
After ACL surgery, I just felt off—and wanted something subtle that would refresh my skin without downtime before the Texas Music Awards.
So I tried SoftWave at
It’s a non-invasive treatment that uses ultrasound technology to stimulate collagen—helping lift, tighten, and improve skin texture over time.
What surprised me most?
👉 it was way more manageable than I expected
👉 and I saw results immediately
No needles. No downtime. Just a little boost where I needed it.

Okay but be honest… can you see the difference??
“Sweat and Tears” has a new meaning for me!
I counted every single day to this moment.
Just in time for the Texas Music Awards, getting cleared to take off my brace feels like getting a piece of myself back.
Not the finish line… but a big milestone 💫

14 years and counting! I’m so blessed to have this life with you ❤️
Special thanks for capturing these special pictures and forcing mom and dad to take some solo shots during our family pictures.
Day five and I'm reentering the world of the living. Got dressed, had a laser session with Dr Sam Sneed, and endured the first few moments of PT... it was a struggle and crazy to watch my body suddenly not know how to do something it’s been doing its whole life. Baby steps…
Day 3 and I'm still alive... barely. Night two was a real winner, but I think I've survived the worst of it. No sleep, no shower, pain meds galore, and Netflix bingeing. Hit me with your best show recs.
Day two and pain management is key. Don't get behind on your meds, they're prescribed for a reason. I learned the hard way. When I left the hospital, they said I could use the pain pump frequently but that it would run out faster. I didn't want to overuse it and I end up without medication and in more pain. I finally called the pain management line and they told me to use it every 30 minutes and to stay on top of it. Said I had enough meds for the 5 days. So, don’t let the fear of running out of medication deter you from using it. Also… this sucks and night two was my worst night.
Just survived my surgery and I've got some takeaways: ask for the good stuff before the procedure, demand that nerve block with the post-op pain pump, and for the love of comfy, bring a robe because getting dressed post-surgery is overrated. Oh, and don't wear your fave jeans, trust me. Also, you’re gonna wake up and a s**t load of pain so don’t let them push you out the door until you’re sure that’s all under control.
Well, I took a tumble on the slopes on Jan 17th and managed to trash my ACL and meniscus. After some super fun consultations, I decided surgery was the way to go. Since I didn’t get a lot of straight answers about what recovery would look like, I figured I'd document the whole ordeal. Maybe someone out there will find it useful, or at least entertaining. The next 6 to 9 (maybe even 12) months 🙄 are gonna be a blast, said no one ever. But hey, I'll come out stronger... or with a better Netflix watchlist.
