Regular physical activity has long been recommended by many. However, the nature of being active has been difficult to understand as it coincides with a lot of other "noise" that is disguised as healthy and helpful advice.

What used to be a large part of most peoples day has now adapted with the world we live in. Here is a nice article which provides a bit of information about how being regularly active can reduce disease progression.
