More MMA classes are coming to Rockingham from the 29th ofJune!

We're adding evening and weekend options to help members train around work, school and family commitments.

With new sessions led by Daniel, Ethan and Lachy, there will be more opportunities than ever to develop your MMA skills throughout the week.

More updates are coming from June 29th to the Rockingham BJJ timetable.

A new Gi Fundamentals class will run every Thursday from 6pm–7pm with Justin, Brad and Blake. This class is perfect for newer students looking to build a strong foundation.

Len's Thursday class moves to 7pm–8pm, Adam Devon's Wednesday class becomes a 1-hour session from 7pm–8pm, and Ian Tew will be introducing a dedicated BJJ Takedowns class on Saturday mornings.

We're making some exciting changes to our junior program at Rockingham from 29th June!

MMA Ninjas will start at 3:30pm, MMA Kids moves to 4:00pm and we're introducing a brand-new MMA Teens class from 4:45pm–5:30pm.

The new structure gives students a smoother pathway as they progress through the program and creates more training opportunities for our teens.

Big news for our Rockingham members.

From Monday 22nd June, all Rockingham BJJ and MMA classes will move across to our new Rockingham facility at 14/16 Commodore Drive.

For the first week after the move, all class times will remain exactly the same while everyone gets settled into the new space.

We can't wait to welcome everyone into the new gym and continue building something special together.
