4 days riding some incredible trails ✅🤩

I’m pretty stoked with this one. Just a regular gal trying to do some cool stuff 😊 for those of you who know know mtb racing, I’m definitely not a competitor, I was just hoping to get through the event. So pretty sweet outcomes achieved.

Treated some lower back and shoulder pain with the help of IASTM today. Have you ever had IASTM?

It can be an effective approach to help relieve pain, assist with recovery and muscle fatigue and reduce the symptoms of overuse type injuries 🙌

2024 was a blast! Thank you to everyone for your incredible support, I absolutely love what I do, and get to work with so many wonderful people because of all of you!

January is already speeding along, and while it’s still school holidays availability is a little over the place - but I’ve tried to keep it varied to accomodate everyone, while still hanging with the kids ☺️
