Unleash your edge. FIGHT is a combat-inspired session that builds power, coordination and conditioning. Strike with intent, move with speed and develop confidence that carries beyond the gym floor.
STRONG (upper πͺ & lower π¦΅)
Start the 8-week block with 5-rep max testing for bench press and squats. Build real strength through progressive upper and lower body training designed to improve technique, increase muscle, and get you stronger week by week, not just sweat session by session.
BEMORE (Saturdays) π
Train together. Community Saturdays are high-energy, team-based workouts designed to bring all levels together under one roof. Expect partner challenges, team conditioning and shared effort that builds connection as much as fitness.
