Discovery Lab inspires children, connects families, and builds community through exploration.
Discovery Lab is a nonprofit children's museum that was established in 2007. In May 2013, Tulsa Children's Museum, opened it's first facility, Discovery Lab in historic Owen Park. Discovery Lab moved to their new 57,000 square foot building in January of 2022. The museum is a changing landscape of exhibits and activities for children ages 2-12 and their families. June 23-27, we have THREE rules: run through it, jump in it, and make the mess bigger.
Messy Week is a week built for carefree chaos with activities like:
Mud & sand pit
Water gun tie dye
Chia seed slime
Oobleck
Paint catapults
and MORE!
We will have a changing station available for guests - all you need to do is bring extra clothes & shoes.

Tomorrow, Discovery Lab hosts Combat Bots during the day and Tulsa Robotics teams during extended hours.

We loved seeing guests of all ages put their imaginations to the test for Puppet Playtime!
