howwww could i let so much time go by without it an electric eats ?!

my reasons:
- my eating up until 2.5 weeks ago was all over the place and i wasn’t cooking much😢
- i’ve been working on being more present with my meals when i eat aka putting the phone down and not feeling pressured to document every. single. thing. i. eat. 😨
- on the days it’s been hot asf, eating feels like a chore… and not fun at all! lol
