I have to share this video of my "Weston A Price raised" grandson. He will be 3 soon, his first solid food was elk liver and egg yolk. He loves being outside. 😀 Nice bow shooting!
If scientist can't figure out what's safe without torturing animals or people, they need a new line of work!

Books for sale. The big Kundalini book is signed by the authors. Most are in new condition.
Things I don't stress about:
*eating too much red meat, eggs, or RAW dairy
*annual exams - haven't had one in over 13 years
*blood work - it's been 5 years, I ordered and evaluated my own
*the suggested female tests - nope, no thanks
*colonoscopy - nope
*soaking up the sun
*what any 3 letter agency suggests
*the latest PLANDEMIC including tick illness
*cleanses - most are overkill - really
*the latest trends internet coaches/doctors/gurus push
What I do prioritize:
*eating real food
*getting sunshine and fresh air every day
*lifting something heavy, farmer carries, standing more than sitting
*paying attention to signals/symptoms
*sleep
*pure water
*reading real books
*removing myself from chaos and dramatic environments
*laughing hard, studying the Bible, loving my people
You do you boo, but for me, this works!

AN EMERGENCY!!!
If core temp is is above 104 degrees, act fast, get help.
Symptoms are like that of heat exhaustion but WORSE and can include: severe disorientation, unresponsiveness, seizure, hot and DRY SKIN.
IT IS IMPERATIVE TO QUICKLY LOWER BODY TEMP. Ice water wraps (immersion if can be done safely), must not oo too low too fast and end up hypothermia. Monitor vitals, re**al temp is most reliable. Watch for vomiting, roll to side if this occurs to protect airway.

Heat exhaustion is different and more serious. You may see confusion, headache, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, massive sweating, visual issues, fainting, rapid heart rate, dark urine. Babies, elderly, and folks with health conditions are more vulnerable. Cooling and rehydration must happen. Fan, cool mist, cool/wet cloth, electrolytes. Don't RUSH fluid...slow consistent sips.

Feels like regular muscle cramps but doesn't go away with movement/putting weight on the leg/walking, etc. Heat cramps occur in larger muscles, usually after exertion in the heat and and related to dehydration and loss of electrolytes.
What to do? Grab a seat in the shade or cool area, drink some water, take in some Celtic Sea Salt and/or Missing Link. Massage the area gently.
The front office will be open from 10 -6 today.
