Pause for Paws Friday 🐾
This week we had some great visitors stop by National. Lexi Miread’s gentle giant spent some time hanging around the office and was a calm, steady presence. Lily (Dominique’s pup) kept things lively with plenty of tail wags, and Remi, Kory, and Rebecca’s cat also joined in for a visit making sure to explore a bit
Wishing everyone a safe and relaxing weekend and in recognition of Juneteenth, a moment to reflect, recognize, and celebrate freedom, progress, and community.

Kudos to Destin and Vlady!
We received a call from a family member sharing appreciation for the care provided to their mother. They highlighted how kind, respectful, and reassuring the crew was, especially in helping keep the patient comfortable through pain. Simple phrases like “I got you” made a big impact.
They also shared they consistently request National because of the care they’ve experienced.
Your compassion and professionalism truly stood out and made a difference in a difficult moment.

Throwback Thursday
A little look back to last month when Erik and Tanya had a long-distance transport down to Cape Cod.
When you're that close to the ocean, it's almost impossible not to stop for a moment and test the water! After safely completing their transport, they took a quick break to enjoy the view and dip their toes in the Atlantic before heading back home.
Sometimes it's the little moments along the way that make the miles worth it.
