Baby Dedication is a special moment where families commit to raising their child to know, love, and follow Jesus—surrounded by the support and prayers of their church family.

Today we learned about a Roman commander who trusted Jesus to heal someone in his home (Matthew 8:5–13). The commander believed Jesus was so powerful that He only had to speak—and the young man would be healed. And that’s exactly what happened!

Our kids discovered that Jesus is powerful.

Bottom Line: Jesus is amazing!

Ask your child: “What did Jesus do just by speaking?”

Today we looked at a challenging teaching from Jesus in Matthew 5:38–48. Jesus taught that instead of getting even with people who hurt us, we can choose a different way—His way. When we “turn the other cheek” and go the extra mile, we show love that reflects God’s heart.

Bottom Line: Love like Jesus even when it’s hard.

Try asking your child: “What is one way we can love like Jesus this week?”

We’re so excited for these kids as they spend the weekend growing in their faith, hearing the gospel, and having an incredible time with friends and leaders they love.
