This week is National Assisted Living Week, and we're celebrating the residents, caregivers and staff who make our assisted living communities feel like home.

The 2026 theme, “Shining Through the Years,” is a pretty perfect reminder that every resident brings a lifetime of experiences, wisdom, memories and personality with them.

We're proud to recognize our Chamber members Americare - Springfield Heights, Charter Senior Living of White , Morningside of Springfield and NHC Healthcare Springfield, and all the people who make these communities special.

Today, we paused to remember. 🇺🇸

We observed a moment of silence, followed by a heartfelt prayer from mr.Roy, read Never Forget, and shared a candlelit lunch together in honor of those we lost and the heroes who served.

Today we’re celebrating a very special man who means so much to all of us! 💙 Mr. Roy brings wisdom, kindness, faith, and plenty of smiles to our community each and every day.
We are so thankful for the time we get to spend with him and for all the love and encouragement he shares with our residents and staff. 🥰

🍎🍏 We had such a wonderful time visiting Shade Tree Apple Orchard today!
We enjoyed doing a little shopping, having a picnic, taking in the beautiful views, and just sitting around talking with Tom and enjoying each other’s company. We also loved getting to meet Riley 🐶

A big thank-you to Shade Tree Apple Orchard for welcoming us and spending some time with us today. We truly appreciate the fresh apples, delicious apple c***r, and the warm hospitality. It was such a beautiful day and one we won’t soon forget! 🍎🌳❤️

We spent our morning soaking up the sunshine and having some Labor Day fun! ☀️ We played corn hole, volleyball, and catch before heading inside for a classic Labor Day lunch—hot dogs, baked beans & potato salad! 🌭🥔
