Special thanks to our friends at Caddo Middle Magnet for their generous donation of delicious red beans and rice! 🫘🍚

Year-round donations like this are a great blessing to our guests! As a 100% Christ-centered ministry, our services are only possible thanks to the generosity of our community.

Currently, the Mission has over 100 men, women, and children at our shelter. Our kitchen serves 3 meals a day 365 days a year. Our doors never close. Our shelter is never too full to make room for one more. There is always another place at our table. Lives are being changed. Cycles are being broken. And the lost are finding hope in Jesus... All thanks to the generosity of our cities!

Thank you Caddo Middle Magnet for blessing our guests. YOU are changing our cities one life at a time!

The Mission is doing intakes 24/7 at this time and we need your help now!

Here's how you can help:

➡️ If you see someone on the streets or living in a camp, please DM us that location (please do not share in the comments). We will share that information with our outreach team.

➡️ Help meet the needs of guests coming in out of the cold by purchasing items from our immediate needs list.

Pick up items from our list at https://bit.ly/missionneeds and drop off those donations at 901 McNeil St. on Tues. or Thur. between 9-4. Or order items from our Amazon Wish List at http://bit.ly/missionamazonlist and Amazon will ship them directly to the Mission.

➡️ A gift today will save a life. Help welcome every person who comes to our doors with warmth, hope, a hot meal, and a safe place by giving today at ➡️ https://bit.ly/sbrmdonate.

Happy New Year from our Family to yours! 🎊

01/01/2024

Happy New Year Mission Family!

For 68 years, the Mission has been on the frontlines serving the hurting, homeless, abused and addicted. As we enter into our 69th year of ministry, God has put big dreams and big visions in our hearts. He is doing great things here in the lives of our guests and this year, that work has expanded even further into our cities.

Thank you for faithfully partnering with us. During this past year, we have seen God shine through YOU. We could never thank you enough. Because of YOU, we are able to change the lives of hurting men, women, and children in our community. Thank you for being a part of changing our cities one life at a time.

As we launch into 2024, we want to take a moment to celebrate you and all that God has done through YOU! Check out all of the amazing things that happened at the Mission during this past year.

May you have a blessed and Happy New Year!

Meet Ambria! This young lady has a heart for the homeless and a heart for serving. We met Ambria 6 years ago after she hosted a bake sale at her church to raise money for the Mission. Now, she does a bake sale every December with all proceeds benefitting our ministry. This year, she raised $642. Over the 6 years of her bake sale, Ambria has raised $3,626!

Not only does Ambria raise money for the Mission, but she also volunteers. You can find her and her mom every other week serving lunch to our ladies.

This girl is going places, and we know she's going to make a huge impact in our world! Thanks Ambria for all you do for the Mission! We are so blessed to have you as part of our Mission Family.

A group of longtime partners of the Mission are challenging all of our Mission Family to help match their $30,000 gift by 12/31.

It’s been such a challenging year for our neighbors, our communities, and our nation as a whole. These funds are critical to meeting the continued needs of our vulnerable neighbors by providing:

➡️ 2x the nourishing meals
➡️ 2x the safe shelter
➡️ 2x the Christ-centered recovery and counseling that transforms lives

Whatever you give will make twice the impact to provide much-needed hope. Please give right now and be as generous as possible!
