In "Sailing the Creative Seas," campers will embark on a nautical journey of creativity and conservation. From pirate-themed crafts to ocean-inspired art, campers will use recycled materials to explore the wonders of our aquatic world. Running 7/13-7/17 from 9 AM-1 PM

In "Create Like the Greats," campers will discover inspiration and fun by taking an interactive look back at artists that came before them. Running 6/29-7/3 from 9 AM-1 PM

Help us process donations in a fun and social guided group event, no prior experience needed!
Our monthly drop-in volunteering is great low commitment way for new and returning volunteers to help us with vital material processing tasks and activities.

Lead by a member of our material processing team, each event has a range of activities based on what materials we’ve received that month.

Every helping hand makes a big difference in our mission to put more reusuable art materials back into the hands of artists.

FREE AQUASOL Dissolvable paper perforated sheets by the box (2000 sheets, 90lb each). Only available at our Georgetown location.

Aqualsol paper is 100% bio-degradable and environmentally friendly. Comprised of sodium carboxyl methyl cellulose and wooden pulp, Aquasol Water Soluble Paper dissolves quickly and completely in most liquids, including water.

We have had these in our inventory for a long time, we have tried countless ways to move them but we have not been able to move enough at the quantity that we have.

Please share with anyone who may have interest / use for this paper, we'd hate for it to go to waste.

The perforated sheets were originally die cut to be used for dissolvable seed packets, can be used as entire sheet or easily broken up into the individual squares. We have used it for dissolvable sewing reinforcement (when careful), environment friendly confetti, and more. What will you think of?

Given the boxes are ~90lbs each, our staff members will help you load them into your vehicle. Not a very bike / bus friendly item.

We need YOUR handled paper bags! If you’ve got a bunch of handled paper bags that you’re looking for a good home for, bring them to ReCreative - no appointment necessary! If you are shopping, consider bringing your own bag to take away your treasures. ♻️
