🎉 Success Story Spotlight 🎉

Kazziani first started coming to our office in December with a goal of getting back into the workforce. Although he had not held a paying job since before COVID, he stayed motivated and continued giving back to the community by volunteering with City Lights while working toward his next opportunity.

After completing our Employment REDI classes, Kazziani dedicated himself to his job search. Over the following months, he continued applying, interviewing, and staying focused on his goals. His persistence, positive attitude, and determination never wavered.

We're excited to share that his hard work paid off! At the end of May, Kazziani interviewed with Amazon and was hired for a full-time position as an Order Picker.

Kazziani is incredibly grateful for this opportunity and thrilled to be back in the workforce. His journey is a great reminder that perseverance pays off and that the right opportunity can come when you least expect it.
