Reading Family Center (FC) services parents with children 0-5 years of age and pregnant mothers on child development, behavior & discipline.
Reading Family Center (FC) began in 1993. The program was operated by the Reading School District through the Department of Education. In 1997, a variety of issues prevented the District from continuing the program.
