Dogs Dig It

Hey DDI Fam! After a bit of deliberation, we've decided to close up early tomorrow at 4pm with regards to the high midday temps. We love our beautiful sunny afternoons with the pack but as always, our number one priority is the health and safety of our staff and pups.

This means all daycare dogs should be picked up by 4pm tomorrow. If your dog is boarding and scheduled to go home after 4pm, or you're just in a pinch, please contact us as soon as possible so we can schedule a later pick up with a member of the closing staff.

Holiday Schedule:
🐾 Dogs Dig It will be closed for Daycare on Friday July 4th.
🐾 There will be no drop-offs or pick-ups on July 4th for boarding.
🐾 You may schedule your pup’s boarding stay with drop-off on or before July 3rd and pick-up on or after July 5th.

We're closing for daycare again, tomorrow Friday February 14th!

Fall & Winter in Portland may bring some wet and chilly weather, but that won’t stop us from giving your dog an awesome, enriching, fun-filled day at Dogs Dig It! 🐾❄️

We’ve got everything in place to make sure your dog stays cozy, happy, and engaged, even when the temperature drops:

Covered Play Yards: Our large canopy tents cover 80% of the outdoor yards, so the rain and wind won’t spoil the fun!

Outdoor Patio Heaters: When the temps dip, our outdoor heaters keep the dogs warm and toasty while they play.

Indoor Cozy Yard: We rotate dogs between the outdoor yards and our indoor cozy yard throughout the day, so no one has to be out in the cold for too long.

Extra Comfort: For those sensitive to the cold, we offer jackets and take plenty of breaks to ensure your dog stays comfortable and happy.

Winter is a fantastic time for your dog to burn off energy and stay active, and we’re here to make sure it’s always a blast—no matter the weather. 🐕✨

Please, help us in celebrating 🎉the lives of these wonderful pups that are no longer with us 😭😭😭. The DDI family has unfortunately had some major losses this spring. 🐶Harry Poodle(who started with us back in 2017!) sadly, recently lost his battle with cancer. As did our beloved, young, 🐶Poppy Doodle. 🐶Marlowe shepherd also succumbed to a very quick illness this spring. We thank their families for sharing their wonderful souls with us, even if for a short period of time. The impact they made on our pack mates and staff’s lives will never be forgotten. We will miss you all so much, but find peace knowing you are no longer suffering💔. Rest easy sweet angels!

Boarding drop off & pick up will be during weekend hours from 8-9am and 5-6pm. 

We appreciate everyone bearing with us this last week as we've navigated these closures and slippery weather! We've missed everyone and hope to see those pups back in next week!
