A new report from LaborLab and Economic Policy Institute found that U.S. employers are spending OVER ONE BILLION dollars every year on union busting.
How can we fight back? By
closing the legal loopholes that allow employers to conceal the full scope of their anti-union spending and putting limits on the time and money employers can pour into campaigns against their own workers.

STAND WITH REI UNION WORKERS: No contract. No sale.
REI Co-op workers have been organizing for the past four years and are STILL fighting for a first contract. Instead of living up to their supposed co-op values, REI has continued to union-bust and delay negotiations.
Skip the anniversary sale happening through May 25th and gear up with local outfitters or buy directly from brands instead.
No sale is worth funding REI’s corporate agenda. ✊

America’s unions welcome today’s historic ruling from the International Court of Justice affirming that the right to strike is a fundamental human right protected under international law.
We commend the International Trade Union Confederation - ITUC for their efforts in achieving this result.

Good news alert!
We’re thrilled that Christina Stephenson for Oregon Labor Commissioner won her re-election campaign. Oregon workers know we can count on her to stand up for workers’ rights, protect our children, expand job training, and hold bad actors in the economy accountable.
