In just a little over a week, St. Johns Library will open its doors to welcome everyone back.

This library has been at the heart of the neighborhood for generations. Now, this special place for the community is ready to begin a new chapter.

There is now more room, new opportunities for creativity and learning, interactive areas for children, a study meet-up location for teens, and places for everyone to enjoy and access.

Juneteenth is a time to celebrate freedom, honor Black history, and reflect on the ongoing pursuit of equity.

This month, your library is bringing the community together with events and programs that recognize Juneteenth and amplify Black voices, stories, and experiences.
