Bring Biomedical Engineering into your school!

We’re excited to announce our new Link.ed School Residency Pathway: Biomedical Engineering. In collaboration with content experts, we’ve crafted a curriculum where students in grades 4-8 will identify, research, experiment, and create solutions to complex real-world problems.

Over the course of 10 sessions, students will build collaboration, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills through the lens of a Biomedical Engineer.

Share this post with your PTA or school administrator — we’ll take care of the rest!

We love when our Saturday Academy community shows up in unexpected places.

This weekend, one of our team members got to go on a tour with Slabtown Tours after winning a gift certificate in a seed spinner raffle! Thank you, Tanya, co-founder of Slabtown Tours, for the generous donation.

On the tour, Rey found out that Tanya is a longtime friend of Saturday Academy. She used to lead weekly walking tours for our summer camp students and her kids are SA alum!

If you're looking for a fun, local experience, be sure to check out Slabtown Tours !

In celebration of ‘Afterschool Professionals Appreciation Week’, we are highlighting our Adventures in Art residency at Edwards Elementary School in Newberg, OR!

Can you believe these are just a small sample of what our Edwards students have created this semester and last? And it's not all visual media — they've been working on poems and other art forms too!

This residency wouldn't be possible without the diverse work of our students and the amazing Site Coordinators, Principals, and Vice Principals who enable our Link.ed After School Residency Program to thrive.🙌
