Join your classified coworkers, colleagues in our sibling union, and our affiliates from AFT-OR and AFL-CIO for a Zoom discussion about the pain points with the system for unemployment insurance for striking workers. Get advice from others who had similar experiences and help our parent union capture information to assist other unions who may be planning a strike.

Higher ed workers across the nation are rising up this May Day.

On May 1, higher education will take a historic stand against the Trump administration's ongoing attacks against universities, faculty, students, and staff.

We are united in our demands to:

1️⃣Make higher ed affordable

2️⃣End the assault on science & research

3️⃣Protect students' right to learn & faculty's right to teach

4️⃣Suspend ICE activity on ALL campuses nationwide
