Ten Penny Foundation a 501(c)(3) grassroots non-profit dedicated to improving lives through community development, economic empowerment and sustainable growth.

We analyzes disparities, problem-solves and implements change. Partnering affordable technology, and commonsense ideas with communities, nonprofits and organizations in need of collaboration, grant writhing and business growth.

Ten Penny Foundation provides impoverished communities, organizations and the historically disadvantaged, high-quality affordable resources and access to service, science, shelter, and education.

Ten Penny Foundation is currently working with grassroots nonprofits and organizations to help them grow their programs to financial independence. TPF also feeds hungry families and provides clothing to the homeless all over the Portland metropolitan area.

TPF is partnering with other nonprofits, manufacturers, builders, banks and lenders to bring communities one of their premiere projects: Tiny Home Communities where we design, build and provide, luxurious smaller housing to lower-income families and individuals for affordable homeownership.

With many other programs on the drawing board, several of which convert plastic waste into usable building products. Ted is positioning TPF to be a changing force in our community and eventually... The world.

Ten Penny Foundation creates opportunities that trains, employs, and allows people to become self-sufficient and prosperous while helping their communities.

Ted’s bio includes years in micro-engineering, satellite communications, weapons tracking and guidance systems, research and development, aerospace, department of defense, business analytics, business management, entrepreneurship and business owner of numerous ventures. Ted’s also attended numerous colleges and universities.

Ted hopes to change the world for the better, by creating and promoting; one good idea at the time, one good person at a time, until we achieve… a positive critical mass of selfless humanity for all.
