Founded 1961, The Portland Rugby Club is part of USA Rugby and currently fields Men's Club D2 & D3 teams, a Women's D2 team, 7s teams, and an Old Boys side.
The Portland Rugby Club holds practices every Tuesday and Thursday at Montavilla Park, from 7-9 pm. We often play touch rugby as a warm up or work on skills, before practice officially starts. New players at any skill level are welcome to join! The Portland Rugby Club (PRC) was established in 1961 and celebrated 50 years of existence in 2011. Congrats to our final Pig of the Match of the 25/26 season: Rhett!!
He was an impact player that had to go in like 5 minutes into the game and delivered one of the best runs of the season.
At press time we couldn’t really hear a direct quote because of all the sniffling and repressed tears.

The Portland Rugby Club had one of the best seasons in their history. We thank all of our players, families, donors, and sponsors (particularly ) for your undying support.
This season might have ended shorter than we imagined but it’s only up from here.
Be on the lookout for our touch rugby sessions beginning in June, our 65th anniversary celebration, and our annual 7s tournament this summer.
