Ten years ago, OEC championed a bold step toward a cleaner future: Oregon's Clean Fuels Program.
Built on a transformative idea to reward cleaner transportation fuels, encourage industry innovation, and reduce climate pollution from the state’s biggest emissions sources, the Clean Fuels Program has been a resounding success at the ten-year mark.
To commemorate this milestone and all we've accomplished, we sat down with OEC’s Executive Director and early Clean Fuels Program champion, Jana Gastellum, and Bill Peters, who leads the program at Oregon’s Department of Environmental Quality (DEQ), to discuss the impact of the program and lessons learned along the way.

We had a blast celebrating the return of OEC's Membership Director, Janell Brittain, at our staff meeting - back after a six month leave and greatly missed by all!
