Hey 👋🏽 to the local practitioners, witches, people who are spiritually awakening, those with a curious mind, and are LGBTQ+, LGBTQ Merced is kicking off a safe space for you called "A Magical F***ing Day", hosted on the New Moon of each month (to shed the excess negative energies of the month) and to speak about your experiences with others, share insight (spiritual/tarot/oracle), exchange crystals, and meet others finding their way along in their journey (spiritually and in reality). LGBTQ Merced can help folks change name and gender in Merced! IMPORTANT INFORMATION: the Self Help Desk is no longer open for walk-in help. But no worries, one of our volunteers can help go over all the paperwork with you and help file. Luckily, California has made the process easier for us, like you no longer need a note from a doctor, and you can request a new birth certificate all in one step. It's easy!

The defaming, especially that of individuals by name, must stop. We are taking a firm stand on this to protect and ensure the newer generation of organizers is not targeted in this way in the future, feel safe to participate in the discussion, and have their voices heard, too.
