Our DHS Band had a hot two weeks of band camp!! We are so proud of our dedicated, hardworking students!! We can’t wait to see them perform this season! The 2026 Band Camp Showcase is August 4 at 6:00. Come out and enjoy “Echoes of Love” ❤️

If you look at the top row, you will see Decatur High School’s JAG instructor Zach Meadows. Governor Ivey hosted a reception yesterday at the Governor’s Mansion honoring JAG Specialists for their dedication and commitment. By investing in students today, we’re strengthening Alabama’s future tomorrow. Jobs for Alabama Graduates (JAG) program is helping students build the skills, confidence, and connections they need to succeed after high school. We are excited for our students to be a part of the JAG program!

Tryouts will be held at the DHS Softball Field.
