They enjoyed our 4th of July door hanger craft that they wanted to do it again! This time, we went with cute animals and different color ribbon but used the same process!
Who would have thought we would find dancing sea life in Hartselle Alabama? Such a GREAT group of people hosting this event! This is a yearly event and we would love to see you all next year!
We attended the Hartselle Health Fair on July 24th! We had an ABSOLUTE ball! This years theme was "Under the Sea" and when I tell you these seniors know how to have a good time, I 100% mean it! They really do make these events special!

Ms. June had some special guests yesterday! From what I heard, she sat in the lobby with her family, telling them stories. I am not sure if these kids are her grands or maybe great grands but they were here for some time and just enjoyed each others company! As staff, standing back and witnessing these encounters ALWAYS make us smile! We love this!

We want to think the Teen Participants of the Neighborhood Christian Center Summer Program for coming in and just hanging out with our residents! These kids was a PURE JOY! First, they requested permission to pick up the parking lot a little bit, then returned to the lobby to just visit and conversate with our residents during lunch! I guess, they were having such a good time, they all headed to the activities room for Bingo after lunch! Let me add, this was not planned but it was the BEST SURPRISE!!!!! This group of kids will be welcome at anytime and if you are one of their parents, you have raised an AWESOME TEEN!
