it wasn’t the heavy weights this morning, it was a heavy heart.

so many in this picture and so many not in this picture to be thankful for and man am I thankful for them. being real and vulnerable can be a struggle for women but I always wanted this little building to feel safe and a place where you could exhale and eleVATE. God has a plan, just patiently waiting.

Bank Street just won’t feel the same ✌🏻.

This little “fitness community” nestled on Bank Street in the walls of 708 hold so many memories and laughs. Due to circumstances beyond my control, we will be closing at the end of July. All plans moving forward are TBD right now but just wanted everyone to be in the know.

LOVE all the action on BANK STREET today! come out and support the derby car races!
