As Summer rapidly approaches it is important to keep our neighborhoods safe! As a reminder, you are able to text message DeKalb County Police Department to directly submit anonymous tips.
If you see something suspicious in our community or have specific information about a crime that has occurred in the area, please submit any information, photos, or videos via text message to the DeKalb County Police Department, text the keyword DKPD and your tip to 847411.

Tips will be reviewed by our agency personnel, who may respond to ask for more details and continue the anonymous conversation with you. Tips are entirely anonymous, and your contact information is not transmitted to our agency.

It is officially June and before our love of Summer kicks in, Team Commissioner Ted Terry is reminding you that early voting for the Georgia primary runoff election starts on Saturday, June 6, and ends on Friday, June 12.
What is a runoff?
In Georgia, a candidate must receive 50% of the vote, or a runoff will be held.
Can I vote in the runoff if I didn’t vote in the general election?
Yes! If you are registered but did not vote in the general election, you can still vote in the runoff.

The camp will offer young performers the opportunity to explore acting, musical theater, creativity, confidence-building and stage performance through hands-on workshops led by experienced theater professionals. Team Commissioner Ted Terry is reaching out to Super District 6 for help. DeKalb County Human Services is in the last phase of their community violence intervention planning grant.
They are conducting asset mapping and asking DeKalb residents to complete the survey https://gsu.qualtrics.com/jfe/form/SV_9MRATWPUjVsfA0e or scan the QR code to pull up the survey and complete it online.
