Decatur City Head Start

Last week, we celebrated our amazing teachers during Teacher Appreciation Week, and our hearts are so full of gratitude! 💙🍎

Monday kicked off with “Donut Know What We’d Do Without You,” and a special thank you to Scooter's Coffee for providing coffee for our wonderful teachers! ☕🍩

Tuesday was “Taco Bout Appreciation,” and we are so thankful to El Palomino for treating our teachers to delicious tacos! 🌮

Wednesday and Thursday, our teachers enjoyed snacks generously provided by the wonderful parents of Decatur City Head Start. Your kindness and support mean so much to us! 💕

We wrapped up the week on Friday with smoothies provided by our amazing Center Director and pizza provided by our Family Engagement Team! 🍕🥤

Thank you to everyone who helped make this week so special. Our teachers work tirelessly each and every day to love, teach, and support our children, and we are beyond grateful for all they do! ❤️

She shared valuable information on how to recognize and avoid tax fraud and scams. We appreciate your time and support in helping keep our families informed and protected! 💙

A huge thank you to the Kiwanis Club RIF program for providing books for our students during Read Across America Week! 📚

We were also honored to have them visit us and read to our students today! It was such a special experience for everyone involved.
